There is no hack for hard work.

There are a thousand books and a thousand more websites featuring life hacks, work hacks, sales hacks and every other type of hack you can imagine which promise you something akin to a video game cheat code to success.

It’s all a lot of hack hype.
There is no hack for hard work, dedication, professionalism, creativity, and experience. 

Think about it — what is a synonym for someone who is bad at their job?
What does one call a charlatan, amateur, poser or other individual who thinks they can take a shortcut to success?

Those people are called “hacks.”
